The first half of 2021: Home prices in Brook Park increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Brook Park rose by $10,250 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 132 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,750 - a 7.7% increase over the $133,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 139 homes sold in Brook Park in the first half of 2020.
