The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Berea rose by $34,950 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,450 - a 24.2% increase over the $144,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Berea in the second quarter of 2020.
