The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Brook Park increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Brook Park rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $139,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Brook Park in the second quarter of 2020.
