Sheffield median home prices fell by 18% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Sheffield fell by $43,250 while total sales decreased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,000 - a 18% decrease over the $240,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Sheffield in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Sheffield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,495, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
