Sheffield median home prices fell by 10.6% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Sheffield fell by $24,550 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,700 - a 10.6% decrease over the $232,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sheffield in April 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Sheffield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,495, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
