Median home prices in Elyria rose to $133,000 in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Elyria rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Elyria in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Elyria for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,844, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
