March 2021: Home prices in Avon increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Avon rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 69.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Avon in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Avon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,799, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
