May 2021: Home prices in Berea increased

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Berea rose by $27,500 while total sales increased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 19.6% increase over the $140,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Berea in May 2020.
