Falling home prices in Olmsted Township in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Olmsted Township fell by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $241,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Olmsted Township in April 2020.
