Home prices increased in North Olmsted during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in North Olmsted rose by $46,000 while total sales decreased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,000 - a 31.7% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in North Olmsted in March 2020.
