March 2021: Olmsted Falls experienced a 36.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Olmsted Falls rose by $50,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 15 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,500 - a 36.4% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in March 2020, as well.
