Rocky River home prices fell in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Rocky River fell by $22,500 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $248,500 - a 8.3% decrease over the $271,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Rocky River in the first quarter of 2020.
