Median home prices in Lakewood rose to $207,500 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Lakewood rose by $12,550 while total sales increased by 67.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 208 homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,500 - a 6.4% increase over the $194,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Lakewood in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,988, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
