The first quarter of 2021: North Olmsted experienced a 19.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in North Olmsted rose by $28,350 while total sales increased by 27.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 116 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,350 - a 19.6% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in North Olmsted in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,699, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
