Pricing for the median home in Berea increased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Berea rose by $18,900 while total sales increased by 65.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,900 - a 13.8% increase over the $137,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Berea in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Berea for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,596, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
