Elyria median home prices fell by 49.2% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Elyria fell by $45,500 while total sales decreased by 80.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $47,000 - a 49.2% decrease over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Elyria in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Elyria for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,844, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
