Median home prices in Olmsted Township rose to $239,900 in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Olmsted Township rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,900 - a 33.4% increase over the $179,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Olmsted Township in February 2020.
