The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Lakewood fell by $17,450 while total sales increased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,500 - a 9% decrease over the $194,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Lakewood in February 2020.
