Pricing for the median home in North Olmsted increased during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in North Olmsted rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 152.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 17.2% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in North Olmsted in February 2020.
