Westlake home prices fell in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Westlake fell by $32,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,000 - a 16.8% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Westlake in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,354, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
