Median home prices in Olmsted Falls fell to $132,000 in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Olmsted Falls fell by $1,750 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $133,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Olmsted Falls in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Olmsted Falls for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,256, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
