Pricing for the median home in Berea increased during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Berea rose by $16,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $139,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Berea in January 2020.
