January 2021: Home prices in Olmsted Falls increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Olmsted Falls rose by $48,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,250 - a 54.2% increase over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Olmsted Falls in January 2020.
