North Olmsted median home prices fell by 17.8% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in North Olmsted fell by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 48.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 17.8% decrease over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in North Olmsted in January 2020.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,699, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
