December 2020: Lakewood experienced a 39.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Lakewood rose by $68,000 while total sales increased by 115.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,000 - a 39.8% increase over the $171,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Lakewood in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,988, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
