North Olmsted median home prices rose by 33.5% in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in North Olmsted rose by $43,500 while total sales increased by 73.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,500 - a 33.5% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in North Olmsted in December 2019.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,699, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
