December 2020: Cleveland experienced a 24% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Cleveland rose by $11,650 while total sales increased by 19.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 502 homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,250 - a 24% increase over the $48,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 420 homes sold in Cleveland in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,416, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
