How did home prices perform in North Olmsted during 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in North Olmsted rose by $10,200 while total sales decreased by 10.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 476 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,800 - a 6.4% increase over the $158,600 median sale price for the previous year. There were 531 homes sold in North Olmsted in 2019.
