Olmsted Falls median home prices rose by 8.1% in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Olmsted Falls rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 168 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $149,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 180 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in 2019.
