How did home prices perform in Sheffield during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Sheffield rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 14.4% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Sheffield in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Sheffield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,495, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
