North Ridgeville median home prices rose by 11.7% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in North Ridgeville rose by $21,700 while total sales decreased by 49.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 176 homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,950 - a 11.7% increase over the $186,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 346 homes sold in North Ridgeville in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in North Ridgeville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,094, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
