North Olmsted median home prices rose by 8% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in North Olmsted rose by $12,950 while total sales decreased by 6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 252 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,950 - a 8% increase over the $162,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 268 homes sold in North Olmsted in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,699, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
