Home prices increased in Brook Park during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Brook Park rose by $20,750 while total sales decreased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 134 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,050 - a 16.4% increase over the $126,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 137 homes sold in Brook Park in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Brook Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,822, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
