The fourth quarter of 2020: Westlake experienced a 20.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Westlake rose by $44,050 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 104 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,500 - a 20.1% increase over the $219,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Westlake in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,354, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
