Fairview Park home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Fairview Park rose by $34,950 while total sales increased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,950 - a 21.2% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Fairview Park in the fourth quarter of 2019.
