Home prices increased in Brook Park during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Brook Park rose by $29,450 while total sales increased by 34.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,450 - a 24.5% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Brook Park in the fourth quarter of 2019.
