This event is sold out! *Join Dr. Andy Jones for a birding adventure to kick off the new year! Perfect for both beginning and seasoned birders, we will explore local habitats to become familiar with the bird species that spend the winter in the Cleveland area. There are more intrepid wintering birds than you may realize! Dr. Jones has created a list of “21 Birds for 2021,” the first 21 species to kickstart your year of exploring the natural history of the region. We will select the exact location (somewhere within Cuyahoga County) one week before the date, based on weather as well as local bird patterns. Registrants must provide their own binoculars.
