Rocky River home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Rocky River rose by $53,000 while total sales increased by 47.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 25.5% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Rocky River in November 2019.
