The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Olmsted Township rose by $93,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,500 - a 63.5% increase over the $146,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Olmsted Township in November 2019.
