Lakewood home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Lakewood rose by $42,750 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,250 - a 23.3% increase over the $183,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Lakewood in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,988, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
