North Olmsted home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in North Olmsted rose by $23,900 while total sales increased by 79.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $152,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in North Olmsted in November 2019.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,699, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
