Avon home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Avon rose by $25,050 while total sales decreased by 88.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,500 - a 8% increase over the $312,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Avon in November 2019.
