Elyria home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Elyria rose by $34,050 while total sales decreased by 69.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,000 - a 49.4% increase over the $68,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Elyria in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Elyria for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,844, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
