Avon home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Avon rose by $84,000 while total sales decreased by 70.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $367,500 - a 29.6% increase over the $283,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Avon in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Avon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,799, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
