Fairview Park home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Fairview Park fell by $5,200 while total sales increased by 7.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,750 - a 2.8% decrease over the $188,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Fairview Park in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Fairview Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,651, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
