Avon home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Avon fell by $19,100 while total sales decreased by 90.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,900 - a 6.8% decrease over the $282,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Avon in September 2019.
