Elyria home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Elyria rose by $27,100 while total sales decreased by 76.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,500 - a 27.3% increase over the $99,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in Elyria in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Elyria for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,844, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
