Lakewood home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Lakewood rose by $61,000 while total sales decreased by 19.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,500 - a 34.2% increase over the $178,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Lakewood in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,988, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
