Avon home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Avon fell by $15,050 while total sales increased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,950 - a 4.6% decrease over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Avon in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Avon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,799, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
