Fairview Park home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Fairview Park fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,400 - a 0.3% decrease over the $189,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Fairview Park in August 2019.
